SCAM!! Beware

THEY will get you in for one month and then CONTINUE to charge your card over and over again. I wanted on month then I canceled and they have charged me 3 more times! I am in a fight with the management right now over it. Also, their facilities are TERRIBLE! Run down, old light bulbs, etc. Stay far away from this place!!

bad business stay away!!!!!!

last summer, in 07, i started a membership at park sity tans and when i cancelled they still charged me for a month i never used. then to make matters worse they charged me for a month in may of 08, against my knowledge. when it came to my attention i contacted management and they refused to cooperate and insisted on charging me another month for june. he knew i had not tanned so he tried to offer me free upgrades instead. i told him that i havent lived in the area for almost a year and that it was not feasible but again they refused to refund my money and still wanted to charge me for 2 months of tanning that i have not used once. i am now contacting a lawyer and am calling the better business bureau. stay away from this mom and pop tanning place. you could be their next victim.

The booths are clean but...

I found the sales people to be VERY pushy and difficult to work with. They will try to up-sale you on everything. To get out of contracts you have you jump through a lot of hoops...and the hoops are usually on...
